• 如果業務位於大多倫多地區(GTA)，最低個人投資金額由原來的100萬加元調低至60萬加元。個人資產淨值則有原來的150萬加元大幅調低至80萬加元。

• 如果業務位於大多倫多地區(GTA)以外，最低個人投資金額由原來的50萬加元調低至20萬加元，個人資產淨值則有原來的80萬加元調低至40萬加元。

• 如果業務將在信息通信技術(ICT) /數字通信部門，無論業務在安省何處地方，最低個人投資金額由原來的50萬加元調低至20萬加元，個人資產淨值則有原來的80萬加元調低至40萬加元。

• 在過去60個月內，你必須有至少36個月的全職工作經驗。

•你的工作經驗必須是企業所有者或高級經理(企業管理)。作為企業所有者，你必須在企業中扮演積極的角色，並擁有至少三分之一的企業。作為一名高級經理，你必須在業務中承擔高級決策責任。

• 如果是位於GTA的企業，必須在建立或收購企業後的首20個月內為加拿大公民或加拿大永久居民創造至少兩個永久性的全職工作職位。

• 如果是位於GTA之外，或者是信息通信技術/數字通信部門的企業，必須在建立或收購企業後的首20個月內，為加拿大公民或加拿大永久居民創建一份永久性的全職工作職位。
